New Mental Health Pocket Resource Guide for Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs & Pine Counties, & the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe!

Please share the great new Mental Health quick reference Pocket Resource Guide!

The Pocket Resource Guide can be used by and distributed to individuals and providers in Region 7E (Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs & Pine Counties, & the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe).  Feel free to distribute electronically or print and fold to distribute hard copies.  Printing instructions are on the guide in the section that contains the QR code.

This Resource Guide will also be posted and kept up-to-date on the website.  Going forward, look for the Created/Last Update date on the QR square to ensure you have the latest copy.

Thanks to everyone on the East Central Innovation Team who worked hard on this project – we are so happy to provide this within our Region! Thank you to Sunshine Printing for their support and donation of 3,000 copies of the Resource Guide!

Coming soon our Resources by Category web page will be updated and a comprehensive list of resources will be available for download. We will send that out as soon as it is available!
