2022 Region 7E AMHI Request for Funds

Greetings,

The Region 7E Adult Mental Health Initiative (AMHI) Governing Board is seeking requests for funds from R7E Service Providers for the 2022 calendar year. The contract period will be January 1, 2022-December 31, 2022.

Interested providers that serve the designated population within the Region 7E area and offer a service/program that fall under an approved Brass Code (see attached) should complete and return the attached AMHI Funding Request form to jasanovich@resourcecoop-mn.gov no later than Thursday July 22^th 2021.

Please note: not all requests will require a face-to-face meeting with the R7E AMHI Governing Board.  If an applicant is not notified with a request to participate in the budget meeting, it does not confirm or deny the approval of your request.
