The Region 7E AMHI Governing Board invites regional mental health providers to submit funding requests for use in 2020.
Providers must complete the attached form and include a separate budget that outlines details of anticipated spending and the specific AMHI BRASS code that this spending would fit.
All funds must be invoiced for by December 5th 2020 and a contract must be in place prior to approved spending (or contract amendment for currently funded providers). Please submit all requested items to Jennifer Asanovich at jasanovich by no later than October 21st 2020 or as soon as possible for timely consideration.
