We invite everyone to join us at “Beyond the High, Understanding and Preventing Substance Misuse and Addiction” on Thursday, September 12, 7:00p – 8:00p at Mora High School Auditorium.
Learn about the impacts of substance misuse, addiction, and recovery, and ways to keep our community and youth healthy and substance free.
The flier is attached below, and we encourage you to share and invite friends and neighbors. There will be a panel discussion following Dr. Lu’s presentation.
This event is hosted by Mora Schools with funding provided by the Kanabec County Opioid Settlement Funds. Mora and Ogilvie Students will listen to Dr. Lu on Friday, September 13 during the school day.
The Better Together Coalition will have a booth and information (alongside the N MN Suicide Prevention) at the Lakes and Pines Community Picnic and the City of Mora Fall Fest on Saturday, September 14th.
