Feeling Anxious? Try Grounding.

Look around you.
Find:
5 things you can see.
4 things you can touch.
3 things you can hear.
2 things you can smell.
1 thing you can taste.

This is called grounding. Grounding can be helpful in changing your thought pattern whenever you feel anxious. Grounding may help with many mental health issues to break spiraling or obsessive thoughts.

Grounding techniques can also be used to simply take a break during your day to help clear your mind.
