Luminary Walk for Mental Health – Princeton Dec. 21

A special Light Up Princeton event will be held on December 21st to celebrate the Winter Solstice and to build awareness of the importance of mental health. From 5-8pm the City of Princeton, with the help of volunteers from New Life Church, is lighting up the Riebe Park trail with luminaries. Come and take a walk on the trail with your family for this special night.

Please join us in brightening up the longest night of the year. The trail is approximately 1 mile long and will have 1,000 luminaries illuminating the path. Information on local resources for mental health services will be available.

*Flashlights and headlamps are encouraged. Social distancing guidelines must be followed and masks are recommended.

If you are interested in participating or providing resource information, contact Stephanie Hillesheim at shillesheim.

Forward to your contacts that serve the Princeton area as you see appropriate.
