One is our local East Central Minnesota Region 7E Resource Pocket Guide. Easy to print, fold and keep at home, in your pocket, wallet or bag for reference.

Also included is Minnesota NAMI’s Crisis Resource Handout with Crisis and Warm Lines and includes an area for you to add local information you may want to have for quick reference.
