Date/Time: March 1, 2022, 2:30–2:50 p.m. ET 1:30-1:50 p.m. Central

Location: Virtual

Host: National Institutes of Health & SAMHSA

How can we maintain our mental and emotional well-being as we age? The National Institute of Mental Health, National Institute on Aging, and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration are collaborating to highlight mental health and older adults. Together, they will host a Facebook Live Q&A and will share materials to help raise awareness about mental health and older adults, highlight research in this area, and promote available resources for older adults who may be struggling with mental health. Visit the Facebook event page for more information.
