Take one step at a time.Large or small, accomplishing any kind of goal can sometimes feel overwhelming as we try to reach it. Remember, making progress one step at a time can make all the difference in the world. It breaks down your goal into smaller pieces that you can handle better with less chance of frustration. Even if your goal only requires a few steps, it really feels great as you check them off one at a time. There is no such thing as a small victory!

Take it easy on yourself and just take one step at a time.
