Seeking Requests for Funds from R7E Service Providers 2021

R7E Adult Mental Health Initiative (AMHI) Governing Board is seeking requests for funds from R7E Service Providers that serve Individuals with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) for the 2021 calendar year.

Current top priority areas:

  • Housing Assistance/Coordination
  • Transportation
  • Crisis Short Term Residential

The Contract period will be January 1, 2021- December 31, 2021. Region 7E includes the following counties, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Pine and the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe.

Interested providers that serve the designated population within the Region and offer a service/program that falls under the approved Brass Codes (see below) should complete and return the attached AMHI Funding Request form included below to Jennifer Asanovich – R7E AMHI Planner by Monday, July 27, 2020jasanovich@resourcecoop-mn.gov.

Save the date: Friday, August 7. 2020
This will be the R7E Governing Board Annual Budget meeting. This meeting will be conducted on a virtual platform to accommodate safety guidelines. Please note; not all requests will require meeting with the Governing Board. If an applicant is not notified to participate in the budget meeting, it does not confirm or deny the approval of your request.
