R7E Adult Mental Health Initiative (AMHI) Governing Board is seeking requests for funds from R7E Service Providers that serve Individuals with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) for the 2020 calendar year.
Current top priority areas:
- Housing Assistance/Coordination
- Transportation
- Crisis Short Term Residential
The Contract period will be January 1, 2020- December 31, 2020. Region 7E includes the following counties, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Pine and the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe.
Interested providers that serve the designated population within the Region and offer a service/program that fall under an the approved Brass Codes (see attached) should complete and return the attached AMHI Funding Request form included below to Natalie Matthewson- R7E AMHI Planner by Friday, July 26, 2019 nmatthewson@resourcecoop-mn.gov.

This will be the R7E Governing Board Annual Budget meeting. Please note; not all requests will require a face-to-face meeting with the Governing Board. If an applicant is not notified to participate in the budget meeting, it does not confirm or deny the approval of your request.
