Effective Living Center, Inc., a Minnesota state-licensed facility provides ASAM level 2.1 (Intensive Outpatient) and ASAM level 1.0 (Outpatient) services for adults with co-occurring substance use disorders. In addition to ASAM levels 2.1 and 1.0 care, Effective Living Center, Inc. offers a range of services either in conjunction or independently.
Effective Living Center employs a progressive approach and utilizes evidence-based materials to enhance treatment outcomes. We are a provider for most major health insurance plans, including both commercial and PMAP plans. We also accept direct access and private pay with affordable and flexible payment plans. Effective Living Center offers convenient scheduling options with both day and evening services (in the St. Cloud location).
