We embrace a whole-person approach that builds on human potential and promotes thriving communities. From infants to elders, our services encompass the entire human lifespan — and the whole human experience.

  • Residential Care
    Residential Care provides housing and 24/7 on-site care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Minnesota. Participants must be referred by a Case Manager. Specific eligibility requirements vary depending on location.
  • In-Home Supportive Services
    In-home support provides adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in their own homes, whether in a house, apartment, or other community living situation with supportive services designed to help people live successfully in the community.
