Talking about mental health and suicide can be an uncomfortable and uncertain topic that can bring up different feelings, beliefs, and attitudes for everyone.

Changing the Narrative on Mental Health and Suicide, empowers conversations around language and providing support, in the hopes to change perceptions of mental health towards hope and resilience.

Who: Individuals, organizations, or professional groups
Participants must be 16 years or older.

Coffee and light snacks will be served
Organized by Chisago County Public Health

Registration is limited to 30 participants in person however, they may offer a live virtual option as well. Park in the back and enter off of 5th Ave.
