Service Area: Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs & Pine Counties

  • DBT Emotion regulation and distress tolerance adapted for parenting contexts
  • Triple P / PCIT Positive parenting strategies, behavior management, and parentchild interaction
  • RO-DBT Addresses overcontrol presentations alongside undercontrol
  • Attachment + TIC Trauma-informed care and coregulation research embedded throughout

START DATE: Week of April 13, 2026

FORMAT: Online via Microsoft Teams • Mondays
SESSIONS: 15 sessions x 2 hours each
COST: No cost to participants
REFERRAL FORMS: Available at plumbhs.org
