Here’s a nature rich event that celebrates the fall equinox by engaging people in a variety of therapeutic nature based activities at Prairie Star Care Farm near Princeton. This farm has hosted the "Growing Resilience" program this summer, providing mental health support to individuals living in the counties served by AMHI.
