Prevents eviction and housing loss
Eligibility
Must have at least one child, residing in the home, enrolled in prek-12th grade in Isanti County and meet at least one
of these additional criteria:
- Living in overcrowded conditions in your current housing or
- Paying more than 50% of your income on rent/mortgage or
- Lacking a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence
