Central Minnesota Council on Aging is currently seeking applications for a 40 hours / week Minnesota Aging Pathways Resource Coordinator (formerly Senior LinkAge Line).

This position plays an important role working directly with older adults and their families providing person-centered assessments, options counseling, and care coordination. In doing so, supporting successful community living and care transitions.

Key highlights:

  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
  • Location: Employees living within 45 miles of the St. Cloud office are eligible for a hybrid schedule, with two days per week on site. Employees living more that 45 miles away, within CMCOA’s 14-county service region, are eligible for a fully remote schedule, with in-person client work.
  • Starting salary range: $28.43 – $32.58 per hour
  • Benefits: vacation, sick pay, paid holidays,403(b) retirement, health insurance, and health savings account
