AscendRural Senior Care Accelerator Pilot Opportunity

Sharing an opportunity that may be valuable for several of the senior care providers and community‑based organizations across our region.

AscendRural is launching a Senior Care Accelerator pilot designed to support rural organizations in strengthening care delivery, operational efficiency, and community connection through the implementation of technology tools and supportive implementation, monitoring and sustainability planning. I’m serving as a consultant and liaison to help identify organizations that may be a strong fit for this work.

We would appreciate your help in sharing this invitation with providers and partners in your network who might be interested in exploring participation.

Featured technology partners include those on the attached document.

A few highlights of the opportunity:

  • Designed specifically for rural senior service facilities and provider organizations, including care centers, senior housing, in-home providers and community-based organizations.
  • Focused on practical, impactful tools that support care delivery, as well as supporting sustainability after the pilot concludes.
  • Implementation costs are covered through the pilot
  • A tight timeline, but still time for organizations to be considered

If you are exploring new ways to support older adults, this could be a meaningful opportunity. I’m happy to provide a brief overview, answer questions, or connect directly with any organization that wants to learn more. Potential partners are also able to fill out this form at the link below:
