Emily and I recently met with Charlie Health about the services they offer. Attached are the materials they shared.
Highlights:
- Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for kids (8-11), adolescents (12-17), and adults (18-64).
- Multiple treatment modalities
- Approximately 10–12 hours of treatment per week for an average of 10–12 weeks (individualized based on need).
- Specialized treatment tracks, including co-occurring disorders, LGBTQ+ individuals, and veterans.
- 24/7 crisis support for enrolled participants.
- Medication management available
- Flexible scheduling options available
- Accepts PMAP plans (including UnitedHealthcare beginning July 8); scholarships and payment plans are available. Fee-for-service (straight) Medical Assistance is not accepted.
- Free support groups for families, therapists, and suicide loss survivors.
- Alumni groups available following program completion.
- With a signed Release of Information (ROI), Charlie Health can share attendance and treatment updates with case managers.
- Laptops are available for participants who need technology to access services.
