DBT IOP Now Offered Virtually!

Fernbrook Family Center currently has immediate openings in our Adult Intensive Outpatient Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Program (18+).

We now offer the program via Telehealth or in person in Milaca.

Building on the legacy of Lighthouse Child and Family Services, this program continues a tradition of excellent DBT services with proven outcomes, now under the Fernbrook Family Center umbrella.

Fernbrook Family Center is certified by the Minnesota Department of Human Services to provide Comprehensive DBT.

DBT is an evidence-based treatment designed for individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, as well as those experiencing suicidal ideation, self-injurious behaviors, or multiple mental health conditions where traditional outpatient therapy has not led to sufficient improvement.

Program Structure:

  • Weekly individual therapy via Telehealth or in person in Milaca with a trained DBT provider
  • Weekly group skills training held Tuesdays from 3:30–6:00 PM via Telehealth or in person in Milaca
