East Central Crisis Services – Region 7E – Request for Proposals

Dear Prospective Respondent,

Isanti County, on behalf of the Region 7E Governing Board, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit qualified providers to deliver Mobile Mental Health Crisis Response Services to residents within Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine Counties, including the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe Nation.

The purpose of this RFP is to ensure timely, clinically appropriate, and person-centered mobile crisis response services for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. These services are a critical component of the regional crisis continuum and support our commitment to providing accessible, coordinated, and effective behavioral health intervention across the region.

Through this RFP process, Isanti County through Region 7E seeks to partner with qualified and experienced providers capable of delivering services consistent with Minnesota statutes, applicable rules, and established best practices in crisis response. The selected provider(s) will be expected to demonstrate clinical expertise, responsiveness, coordination with local partners, and adherence to reporting and accountability requirements.

RFP Timeline

• RFP Release Date: February 27th, 2026
• Deadline for Questions: March 27th, 2026, at 4:30pm
• Proposal Submission Deadline: April 13th, 2026, at 4:30pm
• Anticipated Award Notification: By May 1st, 2026
• Anticipated Contract Start Date: January 1st, 2027
