Sagent formerly Nystrom and Associates has Substance Use Disorder openings

My name is Shae Sichmeller and I am an L.A.D.C with Sagent Behavioral Health, formally Nystrom and Associates. My primary role is the completion of comprehensive assessments and updates along with making referrals to the appropriate level of care. My turnaround time is 24-48 hours, as I understand the importance of rapid access to services. I am sending you this email to create communication for any questions you might have and to also bring awareness of how quickly we can get clients in for effective care. The assessments are conducted virtually allowing greater access; as well as offering tele-suite options for on-site assessments if patients prefer.

Our facility has immediate openings for 2.1 IOP and 1.0 OP within any format; virtually or in person and we offer groups from 8-12, 10-2, 12-4 or 5-9. We run a 3-day per week group format consisting of 3, 4-hour groups and 1 individual session per week for IOP and a 1-day per week group with 1 individual session per week for the OP program.

We have current openings for the following clinics: Mankato, Rochester, Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, Savage, Chaska & Edina.

Should you have any patients that are needing substance use programming or have any questions now or in the future, please do not hesitate to reach out to me at 507-200-2624 press # and my extension is 9364 or by email.

Respectfully,
Shae Sichmeller
