Recovering Hope Treatment Center is hosting a FREE Mental Health Awareness event:
Saturday, May 22, 2021
11am – 1pm
Mora Civic Center

Mental illnesses are common in the United States. Nearly one in five U.S. adults live with a mental illness. Mental illnesses include many different conditions that vary in degree of severity, ranging from mild to moderate to severe.

Suicide is the second leading cause of death among individuals between the ages of 10 and 34, and the fourth leading cause of death among individuals between the ages of 35 and 54.

Walk, learn, and play as we share resources, engage inactivities, help raise awareness about mental health and reduce stigma. FREE for everyone! Swag, prizes, refreshments and fun for every age.

*A free 45-minute suicide prevention training will be given at 10:00 a.m. When registering for the event please indicate if you are interested in participating.

Masks are required indoors, and social distancing is requested while participating.
