    Boundaries! This is my interpretation of the book Boundaries by Dr. Townsend and Dr. Cloud. Getting along with others. What is my responsibility and what belongs to others.

    The window of good mental health, where everything is AOK. Most of us don’t feel like life is okay. | will teach you why. What is above and what is below the window of tolerance? Above is where we are over-functioning, and below is where we are under-functioning.

    Originally taught as the anger thermometer but | learned that anxiety and anger rise similarly for similar reasons let’s find out why, what it looks like and why | should know my temperature.

    We all have them. Anyone you have ever met, including the grocery store clerk, is the beginning of a relationship. Why are we attracted to some people and repelled by others? Are my relationships toxic or healthy? And what can | do to change that if | want to?

    Behaviors are the result of thinking and feeling. Let’s break the chain down to see all the parts of why we behave the way we do.

    What is PTSD and why do triggers, or activators, matter to me whether | have PTSD or not. How can knowing my triggers help me care for myself.

    Grief and loss are more than just the death of a person | love. Grief and loss can come when life changes: a divorce, a job loss, a move. Even the loss ofa season of life; like our childhood or missing out on living a long life with a loved one.
