Sharing some exciting updates on our Change to Chill website. Our team is always working to research and add the most current topics and trends to our resources, ensuring that we’re providing timely and relevant support for youth mental well-being. There are new materials available, including substance use education resources, parent and caregiver guides, a new resource quiz, and culturally-tailored video content developed in partnership with the Indigenous Peoples’ Task Force. We also have handy tip sheets for distributing Change to Chill resources to patients using our digital platforms.
Please feel free to share these updates and resources with others as you see fit. Your continued support and partnership mean so much to us, and together we can make a positive impact.
Thank you again for all that you do!

What’s New on Change to Chill
Change to Chill (CTC) is Allina Health’s youth mental well-being initiative.
In 2023, CTC was awarded a three-year grant from the MN DHS Opioid Epidemic Response Advisory Council (OERAC) to build out content aimed at preventing substance use among young people.
Through this grant, the Change to Chill team has worked with community partners to expand and distribute its resources, including:
- Substance use education resources on alcohol, vaping, cannabis, and opioids.
- Parent/caregiver resources with information and tips on co-regulation, navigating challenging conversations, and age-appropriate supports for mental well-being.
- A new resource quiz to help users access CTC resources most relevant to them.
- New culturally-tailored video content developed in partnership with the Indigenous Peoples’ Task Force.
Cheers!
