We all know that many times it’s the simple things we do that help keep our mental well-being on track.
Now that it’s summer, it’s a beautiful time to get out and get active on a sunny day or do some inside work or reading on a rainy day!
Try some of these “bingo” items, check them off as you go, then take a picture and share on your social media. It may help a friend to start a conversation or inspire them to join in to work on their mental health, too!
