Mental illness is common in the United States. Nearly 1 and five US adults live with a mental illness. Mental illnesses include many different conditions that vary in degree of severity ranging from mild to moderate to severe. Suicide is the second leading cause of death among individuals between the ages of 10 and 34, and the fourth leading cause of death among individuals between the ages of 35 and 54.
Walk, learn, and play as we share resources, engage in activities, help raise awareness about mental health, and reduce stigma.
Free for everyone! Swag, prizes, refreshments, and fun for every age.
